Terms of Use

1. Provider and contract

EastProd s. r. o. provides XCInsight. Its identity and contact details appear below. Registration requires express acceptance of these Terms and acknowledgement of the Privacy Notice. Paid services also follow the Subscription and Payment Terms.

The contract is concluded electronically. You may save or print these documents and request a copy of the version applicable to your order by email.

2. Service scope

The web service provides IGC and XContest ZIP imports, a logbook, 3D replay, derived metrics, comparisons, teams, weather context and requested AI analysis. Current FREE and PRO features and limits appear on the plan page; paid features, price and billing period appear before purchase.

The Android and iOS LIVE apps are beta. Features depend on the device, permissions, connection and available data. A compatible browser or supported app and, where required, an internet connection are needed.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate information, protect your account and have the legal capacity required for the contract or appropriate involvement of a legal representative. Only upload other people's personal data where authorised.

Do not bypass access controls or quotas, attack the service, distribute malware, unlawfully track people or infringe third-party rights. We may proportionately restrict access for abuse, security incidents or material breach while preserving mandatory consumer rights.

4. Your content and sharing

You retain rights to your flights and content. You authorise the storage, analysis, display and transfers needed to provide the features you request. XCInsight software and branding remain protected.

A public flight link can expose GPS tracks, times, media and other displayed information to anyone who obtains it. Joining a team gives its current members access to the flights and saved analyses exposed by that feature. Disabling sharing or leaving a team cannot recall copies already saved by others.

5. AI, third parties and flight safety

AI output may be wrong. Model weather, terrain, AGL, scores, takeoff sites and airspace data may be inaccurate, delayed or incomplete. External service availability can change.

XCInsight and LIVE are not certified flight instruments, navigation, official aviation weather briefings or emergency systems. Use current authoritative information, appropriate training and your own judgement. The Safety and AI page explains these limitations.

6. Availability, changes and ending service

Maintenance and outages may interrupt service. We will give advance notice of material changes to paid services or prices as required by law. Statutory remedies, price reductions and termination rights remain available.

Cancelling PRO renewal, withdrawing from a contract and requesting account deletion are separate actions. Contact us to close an account. Each document displays its date and version; material updates will be brought to users' attention or submitted for acceptance according to their nature.

7. Liability and consumer rights

The pilot is responsible for flight decisions. The service's analytical and safety limitations do not exclude liability for our breach of statutory or contractual duties where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Report defects or complaints to the contact email. Statutory rights concerning defective digital services, including correction, a proportionate price reduction or termination, remain unaffected.

8. Disputes and applicable law

Slovak law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence. You may request redress by email.

After a rejection of a request for redress, or no reply within 30 days, eligible consumers may use an appropriate alternative dispute resolution body, such as the Slovak Trade Inspection. Access to the courts remains available.

Teams and shared flight access

XCInsight teams are private collaboration spaces. By accepting a team invitation or approved join request, you authorise XCInsight to make your flight pages, GPS tracks, computed metrics and stored AI debriefs available to the other current members of that team for post-flight review and comparison.

Membership access lasts only while both users remain members of the same team. Team managers can remove members, and members can leave. A flight owner remains the only ordinary user allowed to generate or rerun AI analysis for that flight. Do not invite people who should not receive access to your flight/location data.
