Hosting and storage — Amazon Web Services

AWS hosts and stores account data, flights, media and diagnostic records needed to operate XCInsight. The main application and database are in Frankfurt, Germany.

Email and support — EastProd

EastProd processes addresses, message contents and delivery records for account messages and support. Messages also reach your mailbox provider.

Payments — Stripe

Stripe processes email, billing and payment details for payments, subscription management and fraud prevention. XCInsight receives payment or subscription identifiers and status. Stripe acts as a processor or an independent controller depending on the activity.

AI — OpenAI

Requested AI features send OpenAI the flight, profile, location or weather context needed to generate a response. Passwords and card details are excluded. Retention follows the service terms and settings.

Maps and sign-in — Google

Google maps receive your IP address, technical data and displayed area. Optional sign-in shares basic Google account details with XCInsight.

Map and elevation features send Mapy.com the required coordinates, map area and technical connection data.

Geographic and flight data sources

Map, takeoff-site and observation searches may send coordinates, times and technical requests to OpenStreetMap/Overpass, Paragliding Mapa, Paragliding Earth, PGcentrum, PGsonda and HZS. Additional airspace and weather features may use OpenAIP and Vaisala Xweather. Data is shared according to the feature actually used.

Sharing and international transfers

Members of your teams, public-link holders and recipients of exports or connections you authorize may also receive data.

External services may process data outside the EEA, including in the USA and India. Transfers require an applicable legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Ask the privacy contact for details of recipients and the safeguards used.
